This cosmetic whole house remodel included reimagined kitchen, mudroom/laundry and primary bathroom, as well as adding a bedroom and walk-in cedar closet on the lower level. 

The kitchen features a custom island with seating and a three-panel nine foot tall sliding door opening to an outside covered deck. The primary suite includes a large double vanity, walk-in double shower, soaking tub, water closet and heated tile floor. The lower level includes a large family room, fireplace, bedroom and over 1,000 square feet of heated tile floor, opening onto the lower level patio.

The exterior upgrades feature a 400 square foot covered deck with a fireplace, and lower level landscape terraces and patio built with permeable pavers over an extensive drainage system. New landscaping and lighting were added around the new deck and lower level patio.
